Serita Lacasse

Executive Director

With a Masters in Social Work and a specialty in Geriatric Administration, Serita has been the Executive Director of Senior Access since 2004. While working as a social worker in Pflugerville, she was able to bring Senior Access services to the community in 2004.

She is a proud wife and mother who spends traveling around the USA and enjoying her family. Serita is a die-hard Texas Tech fan and is married to a Longhorn graduate.

Serita’s greatest joy is seeing the smiles of the seniors when they are able to get out of their homes and socialize with others, stating, “Senior Access allows seniors to remain a vital part of their communities and grow older with independence.”

Olivia Zamarripa

Office Coordinator

Olivia is a lifelong resident of Round Rock and a graduate of both Round Rock High School and St. Edward’s University.  She recently retired from education after teaching K-8 students for 31 years. Many of her teaching years were in the Round Rock Independent School District.

Olivia loves spending time with her large extended family, and because of them, understands many of the needs and concerns senior citizens face on a daily basis. Working in the office of Senior Access allows her to address some of these needs, especially when it comes to affordable medical equipment.  As a manager of Ollie’s Closet, Olivia is able to provide donated medical equipment such as rollators and wheelchairs to seniors in need free of charge.
